Many studies have been done to assess the effect of an organization's culture on employee satisfaction and the organizational commitment amongst the employees in small and mid-size enterprises. These studies hypothesize that the corporate culture impacts employee satisfaction extensively and that this satisfaction level broadly affects the responsibility towards the organization. They consider essential dimensions like rewards, salary, environment, management style, empowerment, and corporate values. The study results show that these dimensions of the organizational culture positively impact the satisfaction level of employees. These studies offer practical insights into the relationship between the organization's culture, level of employee satisfaction, and organizational commitment.
