Abstract

Pupillary seclusion is defined by occlusion of the pupil due to iridocystinal synechiae. We report the
case of an atypical aspect of pupillary seclusion in a 26-year-old patient followed for idiopathic
anterior uveitis. Ophthalmologic examination in both eyes showed initial visual acuity at 7/10,
ocular tone at 11mmhg, clear cornea, presence of pupillary seclusion mimicking Mickey Mouse's
head (Figure A and B), crystalline opalescent, the fundus eye was difficult. Ocular ultrasound
revealed no abnormalities.
